The Monte Cristo is one of the tastiest sandwiches in the world. Probably one of the most unhealthy as well. But fear not, cause your boy has a recipe for ya.
Ingredients;
2 slices Ezekiel bread (I use the low sodium) (aprox 160 cals)
1 cup egg whites (aprox 120 cals)
4oz sliced roasted turkey (the real stuff, not deli meat) (aprox 126 cals)
cheese (optional) (cals vary)
1 tbsp splenda (0 cals)
Prep:
Make the sandwich (turkey/cheese btw the bread)
Dip the sandwich into the egg whites til covered completely
Grill the sandwich (both sides) on a skillet or pan
Dump the splenda on top of the finished product
