Training Chest 2day was shear pleasure and if I'm honest, my favorite muscle. it seems 2 respond the fastest. I train it on Sat, cause I'm not at work so I got more time 2 get the job done. I attack it from all sides, with extreme stretching on every rep. Flat bench for the middle, incline for the top, dips for the bottom and fly's for the sides. Big order I know but that's why my chest is as big as my girls!
