Hey Animals
Have been working out hard, trying different training methodes and have got the diet broken down now(doing paleo).
Tha results have been okay, but would like to optimize the results and are now looking to put together the best supplements, to get all that I can from the time spent in the gym.
My supplement list could include:
- first thing in the morning
- pre workout
- during workout
- post workout
- before bed
I would like to make strength and mass gains, while keeping the bodyfat percentage as low as possible.
I will be doing the WS4SB part II by Joe DeFranco.
Im 21 and have been informed that animal products shouldent be consumed by persons under the age of 25, so is there any other choice besides animal pak that is worth the money and delivers?
