I usually take the pak with the breakfast. But when taking Rage (30-45 min pre-workout) is it better to take the Pak with my 3-rd meal 2-2:30 hours before training? What would you say guys?

Take the first pack with breakfast always. If you're taking 2 packs a day I'd take the 2nd around mid-day to 3pm or so. Working out at 7pm and taking Rage can invite some problems, I've had a tough time getting to sleep before midnight when taking rage later in the evening. You can try to take a sleep aid to help. I've used Animal PM with hit & miss results on these nights.
To overcome one must push the limits, to push the limits one must have courage, to have courage one must believe.
Pak with breakfast, and Rage before training, regardless of the time. Last night I trained at 8 PM, still fell asleep at 10:30 PM no problem. If you are sensitive to stims, though, you may need to start with half a dose and asses if that is too much or not.

LOL, yeah, I average 4-5.5 hrs of sleep a night during the week most weeks. I'm not stim sensitive (averaging 600 mg a day right now), but I get a massive kick in the rear from Rage every time. I know the sleep situation isn't adequate long term, but I'm working on that.
I took Rage at 7:30 PM, went to bed at 10:30 PM... ah, I see what I did there. I didn't fall asleep until some time later, but not exactly sure what time. I woke up after at 4 AM feeling good for the amount of sleep I think I got. hence my 'no problem' statement.
I train as hard as possible, then on Wed and Thurs training sessions I run after, averaging less than 7.5 minutes per mile for 3.5 - 4.0 miles, which isn't super quick, but it wears me down.
I know some people who can't look have more than 50 mg within 4-5 hrs of bed time, but I've found that as long as I bust my ass in the gym, eat a meal, and sit around for a few hours 'relaxing', sleep will come.
When I take Rage in the evening, I don't have a prob falling asleep either.

Agreed. That said, I try to allow for at least 5 hours between taking Rage and bedtime. Anything less than that and, for me personally, falling asleep could be an issue.
Rage is powerful shit and I give it its due respect.
As for Pak, as long as you are taking it along with a whole food meal early in the day, you should be good to go.

You get the benefits of Rage without insomnia. Lucky. I wonder how a combo of Rage/PM would be like...

Makes me think...

After reading the reviews, including your writeup how it makes your rest more efficient, I might give it a shot.
I've been cautious about PM, as the last ZMA product I tried didn't seem to mesh well with me and even with 7 hrs of sleep I was drowsy. It's not fair to not try PM because of this for two reason: 1- It wasn't a Universal/Animal Product and 2- I was a little under the weather at the time.
