Hey dudes. I currently have a pretty intense stack going right now and I've got a question about the timing of the more "stimulating" paks. I currently have Pump/Cuts/Rage and Nitro on the go. I must say I'm shedding a ton of weight while maintaining my strength almost to my pre-cut conditions.
Here's how I schedule my day, maybe you can let me know if it flows correctly or if there's a more optimal timing structure.
545am - Cuts upon awakening
600am-650am - Cardio
830am - Omega and Pak post breakky
1045am - Cuts
1145am - Lunch
3pm - 2nd lunch
4pm - Pump
430pm - Rage
445-530pm - workout
545pm - 2x Nitro
6pm - Meal 4
8pm - Flex
9pm - Meal 5
930pm - PM
So my question is, right around workout time there are a ton of pillskis going down the hatchet. I understand that it is what needs to be done... and I've had no bad experiences with any of the products yet. I'm moreso just curious as to how you boys stagger your pre and post workout paks.
