I am running it for the 4th time, not in a row of course, and it does wonders for your strength and helps put on a few pounds. You will notice it big time if you can run 2 cans. The mid poind is where I start to notice the gains. I have one more week on my first can. How old are you? If your a teen, wait, if your over 21 go for it!

Agreed bro. Make sure you make the most of your diet and recovery at your age. As long as you're training right, by getting plenty of food and plenty of rest, you will make some sick gains. Good luck.
i take it at 19 and have great results, everybody can jump on me all they want to about it but its a great supp that i havent had any side effects from (yet). but run it for 6 weeks if your going to first 3 are medicore at best and weeks 3-6 you blow up. finish off weeks 6-9 with a can of m stak. but wait if you can..however if your gonna do it, do it right.
