If I feel like my body is go to go and can train chest 3 to 4 days after I already did it would it be wise to give it a shot? My diet is high in healthy calories including chicken breasts shakes tuna and slow digesting carbs and veggies and pb. im also supplementing and getting enough sleep. I dont see why anything should deter me from training it again if I feel like its green and good to be trained i just need some closure?
