Iron Mentality- Kryptiq & the Growth Game

Alright everyone, I intend to keep this thread up to date. I have been MIA ever since mid-junior year of college and being side-tracked by the shiny new Universal site since beta. I have decided to keep my logs on both sites just to keep some consistency through the chaos.

Here is the story before we get to the logs:

I joined this site on 9/15/2010, I was going to the gym, but only during the school semester about 4 days a week unreliably. It is all of YOU who helped to spark something deep within me, something that has eliminated my yearly migraine hospitalization, nearly all sickness(knock on wood), and made me a more confident individual.

This my brothers & sisters is a picture I took 1 month in to my journey, and I must say though it seems embarrassing now, I am glad I asked my girlfriend to take it.

Believe it or not I thought I was looking pretty good there at the time, and yes I was flexing.

Now, thanks to the Animal and Universal communities this is how I look a little over 10 months after absorbing the advice you've all given me:

I am 200lbs give or take, BF% lies somewhere below 18% haven't checked in a long time now just going by how I look. Went from a size small shirt at the typical teen stores(Hollister, Am Eagle etc) to not being able to wear anything below a XL from them.

Just to make it clear how I used to live, this is me in 2007, back when all I cared about was pizels and online games. Don't get me wrong I still play weekly, but my family, my gf, the gym,my friends, and my job take priority over it:

Yeah, skinny fat and acne out the ass.

I am here to let everyone know you can change, and I fully intend on growing much larger with everyone ever the years. This IS my lifestyle and now I continue my journey to obtain a physique that will set an example for future generations.
