Today near the end of my workout i got the worst headache i have ever felt. had to sit down and nearly went out. I had migraines through middle and high school but this was worse. Looked into it a bit and it might have been my breathing. Heres hoping it was and i didnt injure a blood vessel in my skull. Thursday will focus on breathing and see if it helps any. Going ot try and get my BP checked today and see if the keto kicked my BP through the cieling.
