      Sat squat video: 685x4 belt only. 8 Weeks out from RAW Unity Meet and feeling good. my rep calculator puts 4 reps equal to 775, and 5 reps equal to 799. Creeping ever closer to my goal.

      Im trying C. RUM is gonna be TOUGH. the all time raw total record for the 220 class is 2030; there are 5 guys at this meet that will total right around 2k! its gonna be a nail biter. with everyone so close in strength, it may come down to who takes the smarter attempts.
