After some reading around the FORVM and over at bodybuilding.com I've decided to give HRT a shot. Over the weekend I'll be working out all of my 1RM's and starting the program on Monday. I have been running the anabolic diet for a while and will continue to do so for the duration of this program to see how it works. I've just come finished my contest season, had a few weeks off and now I'm ready to get back into some serious training ANIMAL style...
