I haven't changed much with my diet, some more carbs but not a lot more. I think it's the heavy training. I was 205 a month ago. I am happy with it, feeling good and stronger.
Trained at Apollon Gym in Edison, NJ yesterday.
Speed benching:
55% of max for 8 sets x 3 reps (varying grips)
Rear delt machine:
5 sets x 10 reps
Hammer Strength rows:
5 sets x 10 reps
Tricep rope extensions:
3 sets x 10 reps
Dumbell hammer curls:
3 sets x 10 reps

I've been planning a trip to the US to catch the Arnold Classic in 2014... Might have to head over a little earlier the year before and have the whole thanksgiving experience as well.

Sundays are squats and deads, it's set in stone however this weekend I came down with something, I was real sick and I knew if I went and pushed it I would get worse so I decided to wait a day and boy does 24 hours make a difference. I felt much better.
