Tried the 300lbs for a double and failed, but got that 300 up once at the end of the chest half. Next week it's done, son!
Felt good going up in weight this week - even accidentally pushed 280 twice on the second set and was like, "what in THE hell?!"
I was in a foggy daze tonight for*some reason. Kept miscalculating weight, forgetting to add, adding too much... Lots of quality ass in the gym - it kept distracting me. This DAA has me on some savage shit!*Some look, but don't touch shit. It's truly innocent though... Like ordering the ribs but drooling when the fajitas come sizzling by at your local Chili's.
Anticipating some shit results on the scale though... I just finished two plain McDoubles and a sweet tea. Holy fuck, did I want some quick garbage to go down the chute! I hadn't eaten that stuff in a minute... The bittersweetness of my decision is settling in as I confess this to yall.
