Wobbled all around the gym dodging the Monday evening crowd... Still got it in and squatted 365 as deep as I can go. Had a trainer run over to help - she thought I was gonna lose it... I knew it was mine for the taking.
Felt good today - great pump, traps sore from the bar, calves feel tight as fuck... Headed to the grocery store hungry (bad idea) and then home for bed. Sleep will be epic tonight.
