Iīm still trying to make up my mind in changing leg extensions for hack squat and do drop sets on that haha.
Anyway todays training was chest, bicipes and triceps. Somehow i feel iīm making good progress in the chest exercises which i think itīs because iīm resting for 2-3 minutes between sets instead of just 1 minute.
Dumbell chest press - 29kgs x10, 32kgs x9, 32kgs x6
Incline dumbell press - 24kgs x10, 27kgs x8, 27kgs x5
Flys - 17kgs x10, 19kgs x10, 19kgs x10
Pullover - 32kgs x10, 36kgs x8, 36kgs x6
Bicipe curl - 36kgs x10, 41kgs x8, 41kgs x8
Close grip pullups - 1x6, 1x5, 1x7 (this one is hard to do!)
Dips - 3x10 completed, i will try to do weighted next time)
Close grip bench press - 40kgs x10, 40kgs x10, 45gs x7
Cable pushdown - 25kgs x10, 30kgs 8, 35kgs x5
