Hello all.
I have already wrote down training logs in other bodybuilding forums but Universal is keeping more and more faithfull to them and their products that i would feel i need to have a log in here.
At the moment i´m only using Animal PM from Universal, i´m planning to try Animal Rage in January/February also. Would love to supplement regularly with Animal Test, Stak and M-Stak but money is short so i have to keep with the basics.
About my training, it consists of 3 sessions per week divided by:
Monday: Chest and arms
Wednesday: Legs
Friday: Back and Shoulders.
I can vary the days in which i do each workout, it really depends on how i feel that day
The amount of sets is mostly three and the reps i try to get it to 10 or until failure with some dropsets, rest pauses into the mix. Sometimes i do a 4th set of 5 reps to push myself with an heavier weight.
So Monday is:
Bench Press - 3x10
Incline dumbell press - 3x10
Pullover - 3x10
Close grip pull-ups - 3x10
Bicipe curl - 3x10
Close grip bench press - 3x10
Dips - 3x10
Cable pushdown - 3x10
Wednesday:
Squat 3x10
Leg Press 3x10
Romanian deadlift 4x10
Leg extensions 3x10
Seated calves 4x12
Calves on the leg press 4x12
Friday:
Military press - 3x10
Pull-ups 3x10
Lateral shoulder raise 3x10
Cable row 3x10
Rear lateral raise 3x10
T-Bar rows 3x10
Deadlift 3x5
