I completely forgot to update last weekīs training due to christmas stuff and all that. I did train but i havenīt had time to go the computer.
Anyway here it is the training from monday:
Dumbell bench press - 24kgs x10, 27kgs x8, 29kgs x5
Incline dumbell press - 24kgs x10, 27kgs x6, 27kgs x6
Dumbell flys - 14kgs x10, 17kgs x10, 17kgs x10
Pullover - 32kgs x10, 36kgs x6, 36kgs x6
Bicipe curl - 36kgs x10, 41kgs x10, 41kgs x6
Close grip pullups - 1x10, 1x6, 1x6
Close grip bench press - 40kgs x10, 45kgs x7, 45kgs x5
Dips - 1x10, 1x7,1x6
Cable pushdowns - 25kgs x10, 25kgs x7, 25kgs x5 (i was supersetting this with dips)
