It went great! Some nice gains overall. I think your back routine is one of my favorites yet. I currently did a 12-week contest over at bb.com and ran your split for 6 weeks, then Wraths for the other 6. I'll be finishing it up this week and let me say, that was some sick training! I'm going to take a few days off and go back to a 4-day split, and then hit up your routine again this Fall. Thanks!
