Ya well, maybe we got off on the wrong foot, but like most people I don't like to be disrespected, even if it's unintentional, & I'm not just going to wear it... We have had a few instances where we both spoke our mind, I got no problem with you, it is what it is...
I will say this to you, if you're anywhere near your goal numbers, you should be able to go over 2,000 Raw, & you could easily cut & compete @ 242... And there are very few ppl who can do that...
May I ask why only 2-3 days a week with creatine mono?

I've found that 2-3 times a week with creatine mono does the say for me as 3 weeks on 1 week off, or 5 days on 2 days off or 'X' cycle. So, I stick with the barebones minimum
