It's conditioning Friday! Not really that exciting, but it's work that needs doing. I did about the same work as usual. It was kinda cool out today, but once I got going it wasn't a problem.

Jump rope x 100
sled drag forward 80 ft/backward 80 ft
cement weight clean and press x 10

Three rounds for that and then I went down to the basement.

Band assisted pull-ups with different grips x 6
mini + monster mini band rows x 10

And three rounds for that. I am sore all over. This week has really caught up with me. And now I have 2 days 'til I squat some heavy triples. Yay?
