I know Rogue has some versions of their own but they're not meant for actually body armor purposes. LOL who knows these days! Nothing really surprises me anymore.

Not the bestest, but this is what you get when you don't work for it.
Yeah, it was more like 5 sets. The first 3 then I took apart the pulleys and wanted to grease the bushings and spent like 45 minutes looking for them, then I gave up and sat down and logged the 3 sets, then I remembered where my bearing grease was and then I did 2 more sets.
Anyway, its supposed to be a mini accessory workout to try and get me to actually do something more than the nothing I have been doing. I did it again tonight.
