It's been a hot, sweaty week. I walked a couple miles last night after spending about 5 hours trying to get my new to me garage door dialed in.
I haven't really been doing much in the way of lifting lately. A little bit of cardio, but not really a lot of that either. I have re-aggravated my shoulder a little bit from trying to muscle a door at work. C'este la vie.

I wanted 10, but I figured it was going to be bad and I am still being careful with my shoulder. I stopped at 9 and that was a solid effort for today. Typically in the past, if I can get 365 for 10, I should be able to do at least 450.

Pretty much just repeated this one again. Last week I was in an auto crash and my truck is totaled. It was only a year old and it was my first new vehicle. So I didn't work out last week. This has been a really long week. I pushed hard today and I didn't eat today, so I think that is why I fell out at subway. I guess I'm getting to old to push that hard.
