Yo guys, an interesting idea finally backed up with some proof for me that I thought I'd share.
So lately I've been really stuck at 225x2-3 reps on flat bench, could never really grow. But recently I've found a really good girl who really supports me in my goals, she doesn't mind how big or veiny I get. I've been with this girl for 2 weeks and today I hit 225x8 reps, this is the only change in my life at the moment. I never really found the facts to back up the idea of how much a sound mind and support works to your goals in bodybuilding until now. It's insane the growth I've had and can't wait to ride this out and see the gains I can achieve!
