So after going over everything with a fine toothed comb I switched it all around. Took some time crunching the numbers over and over again on the old calculator to finally figure out how to make it work, but it looks as though I did. So here's the updated menu.

Meal#1 1 egg (with yolk) Fat=5 Cal=70 Protein=6 Carb=1 Tablespoon of olive oil Fat=14 Cal=120 Protein=0 Carb=0 4oz of chicken breast Fat=2 Cal=110 Protein=24 Carb=0 Lastly, 2 tablespoons almond butter Fat=17 Cal=200 Protein=7 Carb=2
