4oz of chicken says 120 cals, 24 protein, 2 fat, and no carbs... But I just read that's the raw facts. When you you actually cook it your consuming around 360 calories for a cooked piece of chicken breast. Is this true? That would mean 1.2oz roughly cooked chicken would really be 120 cals.
Can anyone confirm this? If so, time to drop the chicken. How could you get any fullness off less than 2 oz of chicken?!
EDIT: So I just googled "canned chicken nutrition" (which is cooked, but it also says "in water") and it came up with 2oz was 50-60 cals depending on which site. So now its saying 4oz would be around 120 calories. Sometimes the internet man... Tells you one thing and then another. The reason I'm asking is because I buy the frozen chicken breast fillets, and it says on the back "4oz=110 calories. So after I cook 'em up I weigh them out to 4 oz thinking I'm taking in around 110 cals.
What's the right way of telling?
