Hey fellas. Im pretty lost on best way to set up my eatting and supplement timing to best enhance my workouts.
Background----
Supplements im taking
Androtest -- must take 1hr before breakfast lunch and dinner <2 pills= total of 6 a day>
Animal Pak 1 packs daily, with breakfast
Animal Cuts 2 packs daily, once in the morning before breakfast and another in the early afternoon, allowing for at least 3-4 hours between each pack
Animal M-Stak 1 pack daily, 30-45 minutes prior to training
I work out in morning around 4:10 waking up around 3:50 very close to gym. I might have to wake up earlier to make this set up work.
Im eating every other hour just about, along with 3 prot. shakes a day; one Nutripure <prosource product> and 2 <vectron> Ill be getting rid of vectron as soon as it runs out think im over doing the weight loss products b/w cuts and it. Also eating a protein bar.
oh lol dont hate on the androtest as soon as it runs out i promise to move over to animal test haha :)
