Its been a very long time since I've created a thread or have done any sort of log on this forvm. So its time. Today is day 1 of my legit back-loading diet. I've seen a lot of interest for it as of late, so in an effort to better educate my good brah's (and to keep my own ass in line), I'm going to log my diet for a little bit.

Premise
- 10 day no-carb phase to 'prep' the system.
- protein/fats only through the day, load up on carbs postWO (training days)
- non training days; protein/fats all day (no carbs)
Hopeful outcome: complete body recomp while hovering around ~225
Diet
wake up; coffee with heavy cream and/or 1/2 whey isolate
meal 1; 6oz steak w/ greens, fats (either natural pb, evoo, coconut oil)
meal 2; 6oz chicken w/ greens, fats
meal 3; 1/2s whey isolate w/ fats
meal 4; postWO (Torrent; 4 scoops)
meal 5; ~60g protein with loads of simple carbs (will vary on the daily)
On non-training days, food choices will be the same, minus the carbs
I'll clock in tomorrow morning with my true weight. And I'll try to continuously update this thread with daily foods, training, maybe even pictures.
