Right on the money, i did just read an article that said it is highly discouraged to do any crossfit/circuit shit like i was planning on so i will cut that out...here in the states i run approx 20-30 miles a week so im expecting that to drop considerably while deployed and im just going to run in the mornings with no food and lift in the afternoons i guess...time will tell if it will work. Do you know if cottage cheese and whey protein are good protein sources for day time before my workouts?
