Loosely. I guess you can say I'm doing the 'density bulking' while still doing cardio, haha. I train 4 days per week (M,T,R,F). I backload on those days, legit. Wednesday is my off day; zero carbs. Both Saturday and Sunday are wildcards. Typically, I've been doing a crossfit/weight training workout on Saturdays at my buddy's garage, so I'll backload then too. And Sundays, whatever happens, happens. I won't pigeon hole myself for the sake of a diet. For example, two weeks ago I went to the track with my girl and her family. I didn't train, obviously. But through the day, I still had a few beers and snacks, a few turkey wraps, etc. In situations where the only way to stay on the actual diet is to bring my food in a cooler ... fuck that. I'll just live life. My brother's graduation party is this Saturday, starting at 3 (BBQ type party). So I'll sneak in a workout a bit before that in order to justify the backload reasonably. And maybe Sunday I'll go zero carb unless something else pops up.
