Woke up this morning at 219.0. After 4 full days of Keto, I'm down 6-7lbs. I feel much better today, energy-wise. So I'm hoping it's a sign that I've made that transition. You know what that means?? It means I can start backloading. But just to be safe, I'll go zero carb for another day or so. I'll be doing some type of moderate weighted lower body workout today, off tomorrow, and then I'll train Sunday and begin carbin' up. Yes.
Yesterday's diet
upon waking; coffee w/ heavy cream
meal1; 6oz steak w/ asparagus, nattypb
meal2; carbrite diet bar (toasted coconut)

meal3; torrent zero
meal4; 4eggs w/ cheese cooked w/ coconut oil, 3 pieces of sausage
meal5; 2s ultra whey pro (dub-cc), 2tbsp npb
Yesterday definitely wasn't an ideal diet, but sometimes shit is out of your control and you have to make do. I got caught up at work doing things and wasn't able to get another whole food meal in.
