Hey, wondering if you bros had any videos of your bench presses that provide an explanation of your technique? Been reading a lot on proper benching, in order to connect with the muscle more than just trying to throw up heavy weight. I hear a lot of different things, tuck your shoulder blades, arch the back, etc, but I'm just wondering what this looks like all together. Do you have any training vids of this? If not, do you know of any other animal athletes who may have already filmed something like this?

Thanks bros
C's bench form is perfect: range of motion stops short of full lock out, rep speed is perfect, push up, pull down. He can tell ya more about it, but if you're a bb'er, I'd model my pressing motion after him.

Sounds good, much appreciated. I've heard a lot about different ways to do it, so seeing his form definitely helps. Just wanna make sure I'm not cheating my bench.

Honestly, if your not a powerlifter, going to full lock out is cheating. Think about it, your shifting all the weight to your delts and triceps taking your chest out of the equation and making your delts/tris do the work, that's for a different day. You should be looking for constant tension on the muscle group, I am more concerned about how far down I go with bench, than how far up I go. All the way down your chest should be fully extended and stretched, a force full push to the top of your effective range of motion, slight pause, pull it down down with your chest... its a two way street here. Don't just control it down, pull it down.
Im starting to hijack this thread though, so if he wants to tell you more about his specific type of form, ya know, listen to him.
