No shit. I've got the unfortunate added bonus of having Crohn's Disease. So I don't do shakes because my body doesn't absorb them at all. Literally pissing them out almost instantly. So now imagine 6,000 solid calories... Ugghhhh. I actually HAVE to eat dirty to get my cals in. But I survive a lot on GOMAD (whole milk) and PB. Lol

Nothing like straining an ab trying to wipe. 276 here and I have to make one of the kids tie my shoes. And if takes more than 3 reps to get off the couch I count it as cardio. Lol

i got stuck in a stall once when i was very big, i could turn to wipe without cramping, took all night.
