whats up guys im planning on starting a keto diet and I had a question in regards to carbs. who eats carbs pre and/or post work out while on keto other then on carb up days? also how long do you guys like to wait before starting your carb up days? ive read some people say every friday-saturday they carb up and others say wait 10days-4weeks before starting the weekly loading day seems like a very long time to be depleted. Im thinking of mixing some gatoraid and bcaas intra workout for carbs and leaveing it at that hopefully it wont throw me out of ketosis. what do you guys think/reccomend?
