sup guys. I'm 21 and 5'8" and weight 148 lbs. I used to weigh a lot more, was 235-240 at my heaviest. Joined the military and dropped the weight. I'm decently ripped up from the upper abdominal area and above, and from the legs down. however I have not been able to get rid of that excess skin hiding the lower abs. Any dieting/training tips? I'm on an Animal Cut cycle currently.
