So for 6 months i have made HUGE progress my routines are working, (so i guess i cannot complain to much). But i have usually been doing 8 reps of 3 or 4 sets, i figure what i have read what has worked for others, the good eating routine, and all is good for just getting huge, i have gained 19 pounds in that 6 months. I am comfortable and i change it up here and there as well, but any tips with reps and sets would be great to just mix up some things, experiment, see if other workouts do well... looking for some knowledge, what has worked for you brothers.
