So i have been looking into 5x5's for2 months now i want to switch up my routine, and see if something else works. so for for the next 4 weeks i am going to start this tomorrow.
I want to increase weight every set by 5 pounds to start
Any tips how many workouts for each day do you think would be enough not to over train,
i usually do
Triceps-Chest
Biceps-Back
Shoulder-Traps
Legs
throw out some routines for me, ill test some out get a groove and start a journey, Thank you so much brothers
