I know it will be a trial and error thing. For the past 4 years I have been sitting all day at work. I'm now going back to working on heavy equipment. So I will be active all day and will be outside sometimes also. I know staying hydrated will be the biggest thing. But I was wondering how I should adjust my pro, fat, carb intake or if there is a supp I should take more of. Here's my current stack and diet
Pak
Omega
Flex
Nitro(pre)
Torrent(post)
PM
Shock or rage depending what I have on hand
And I always have a gallon of water with A7 that I sip all day
I workout before I go to work
Meal1 6 eggs
Meal2-4 6oz meat 3/4 cup rice
Meal5 real gains with PB and oats
Meal7 dinner(what ever the wife cooks)
Pre bed shake depending how late I'm up
I'm not sure if this schedule will work with my new job. I may have to have a shake instead of a meal sometimes. But this is what I have been doing at my current job. With this current diet I have been makin steady gains in weight and strength. I also just started 5/3/1 three days a week and doin conditioning the off days
