Ladies and Gents,
How are we? Got some questions on legs. I just can't get my quads to pop. Hammies and calves are coming in nicely, but the fucking quads just aren't there.
Now... I don't just do Leg extensions and lunges, I do Squats, front squats, hack squats, leg press. And I'll be god damned if my quads just get cut up but don't grow.
Any suggestions on a routine that stimulate growth? I've done sets to failure (I mean true failure where on leg press I need someone to help push the weight up kind of failure).
