I've been considering giving traps their own day, and just wanted to see the thoughts. It would be something along the lines of:
Day 1: Back/Tris
Day 2: Shoulders
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Traps
Day 5: Chest/Bis
Rest days would be put in as needed, or 3 on, 1 off, or just when my body tells me to take one.
Thought process is the traps are a HUGE part of the back, alot more than just doing some shrugs from one angle. A lot of guys, including me, tack em on at the end of a shoulder workout, and after training shoulders really hard, the last thing you wanna do (or should have tons of energy for if you went hard enough) is to demolish the traps from different angles. I figured if I space back and traps out enough in the split and give them plenty of time to recover, it might be a good idea. Just looking for some feedback. thanks bros
