I have been having a real problem with my wrist flexibility. I can't do underhand rows or even regular BB curls (EZ curl bar is fine). I get an extreme pain in my wrists part way through the set. I think it may be an elbow or shoulder flexibility problem than a wrist problem though as I find it very difficult to get the white of my forearms to face the celings. Does anyone know any exercises I can do to increase the ROM in these areas?
