Cool bro, no problem. What i do is basically start with whatever diet I am running now. Drop some carbs/fats a bit and add in cardio. I start pretty heavy on cardio, but some people like to ease into it. 45 mins for 5x a week on the stepper. Aim to loose 2lbs a week. Stick to the diet and cardio and you will be good bro. Do you have a set diet for that yet?
I hate to say it but not really. I had a diet from Rage at one time. For now I am cutting back carbs and calories. Down to 150 on carbs and the calories I haven't decided yet. All my carb meals will be taken in before 6 in the evening. Fats will be under 50.
