One more thing...I actually think it may be possible for me to get my bodyweight to 300. I just have always thought that this was out of reach for me. I am currently sitting at 282 and feel better then ever.

Stak pre workout. ( i bought 2 cans and will be running them back to back)
As I mentioned above I just ran a baseline 531 to test the waters.
I am doing front squats in place of rear squats.
i still plan on doing my event days on saturdays...
I am using the Juggernaut method and using one of the 531 assistance layouts which puts front squats as an accessory on DL days. I totally suck at front squats lol.
@Trebin, think I might be getting myself a new belt at some point, thinking about the one with the clip....I'm hoping someone this weekend has one so I can try it. I try not to use a belt as much as possible though.

Me too, but we are really cranking the weight up on Saturdays and my little 2 prong thin ass leather belt just isn't holding my back tight enough. The car deadlift is crazy intense and when it gets heavy it takes everything I got to get it up. I may get the Strongman Rehband combo belt, couple guys use em and love it. THen for deads they add in a thick PL belt.

i suck at front squats but want to build them up first. i started adding rear squats/bodyweight squats on my leg days to help get my form down. i am just doing sets with 135 and then holding the bodyweight squats for 10 secs at the bottom for 10 reps. this is killing me but my form is getting better.

i am getting the rehband 7732 support belt with a spud deadlift belt. it just seems like a better fit since i like the added straps on the 7732. the stongman combo does not have them....

Good point.
I was looking at that spud belt. I tried Taylor's belt, that thick ass powerlifting belt he has, used it for Conan's wheel, I couldn't get the thing off by my self, that is why I am thinking the clip in one.....

10 years ago, maybe more, I hurt my back. It was bad enough the doctors wanted me to get some shots, and have surgery. I did neither, and just dealt with it. It turned out that the herniated discs pinch off my sciatica and left me with nerve damage down my left leg. I have been told that I will never do so many things. I have a permanent limp that most people just think is my 'cool' walk. I have no strength (or maybe control) of my left calf. I cannot do calf raises. Hell I cant even walk on my toes.
Here is why I am sharing and why I love this site. I need to give a serious shout out to Ox and am so thankful that he shares his knowledge here on these boards. He was posting in a thread about carb intake and mentioned something called benfotiamine. I am trying to learn as much as I can about nutrition so I started researching it. It turns out that it is a derivative of Thiamine and is more easily absorbed and used by the body. Here is the kicker....it also supports the nervous system.
So anyway today I actually walked about 1 minute on the treadmill on my toes. Today I actually was able to do single raise calf raises with my bad leg. 10+ years with no improvement, and then this because of reading one post by a pro athlete.
I have worked hard to get to where I am, but I am always willing to learn more...
