Today is my first day of summer. I thought today would be a good day to start this training log. Here it goes.
Wednesday 6/20
Strongman
Deadlifts (no belt and no wraps) 135X5, 225X5, 315X5, 225X5 each set ended with 10 shrugs
Sandbag/Keg carry-I carried the Keg (~200) 2-3 times. The sandbag was hard to even standup with let alone carry

Gym
Olympic Snatch sets of 5,3,2,1,1
Axel Cleans sets of 5,3,2,1,1
*first day back in a month. trying to grove the barpath
Front Squats 4 sets of 5
Flat bench-worked up to 315X2, 345 fail, 245 for 5X5, and then 195 for 5X5 closegrip (very little rest)
I am beat. What a way to start....
