I heard somewhere that it was impossible to get natural "cut" arms that are over 18", that anything over that requires careful application of that oil you inject in your arms that some dipshits do too much of and think makes them look good.

Many bodybuilders learn how to LIFT effectively, but few learn to REST effectively.
Got a pic on my universal usa profile (jasong) with 18" at 5'4". That was about 2 years ago I think. Not ripped though. Not sure what they are now, but certainly not 20". Hope it's possible, but a slow climb at this point. http://www.universalusa.com/Users/Me...hotos/me/Blues

Thanks. Put that shirt on for the first time in a few years getting ready for the NCO Academy and was like holy shit this is ridiculous. Big change, the shirt sleeve is supposed to touch the forearm when bent at 90 degrees.
Once, 1 heavy compound BB movement 3-4 sets, 1 DB movement like heavy hammer curls x 3 sets, and 1 preacher curl movement x 3 sets. That is all you need. Genetics will take over on the shape. But nothing is holding anyone back on shear size. Eat like fucking crazy, train with severe intensity, and as heavy as you can with some strictness. Some cheats at the end are not a bad thing. And squeeze the shit out of your contraction for a 1-2 sec count. Change up your exercises every week. But keep the basic principles outlined above.
And one last thing!
For every rep you do, think about your bicep as a balloon! And for every rep you do, think about that being 1 more breath of air into that balloon. By the end of your workout, your biceps will fill up the gym! Visualization!

I prefer to keep most of the same exercises until progression ceases, then I'll switch them out.

Mine measured out 21.5" about 3 months ago....only b/c one of my fellow therapists wanted to measure, I could care less really.
I had to learn the hard way...in my earlier years I overtrained arms to a fault while neglecting more important body parts like back and legs. It's taken me years to achieve a more desired physique because I had to catch everything else up.

Ok so is it obtainable.. naturally? im 5'4 i could prob get 18 arms with bulking, not ripped. Honestly for a guy 6'0 ripped 20 inch arms, can it happen.
Yes my vertically challenged com padre! It is indeed possible! I had a cold arm measurement of 19 3/4 inches at a weight of 186 pounds at a robust height of 5'5 and a half. Of course I worked on my arms twice a week and averaged 50 to 60 sets an arm session. I consumed 20-30 liver tabs as well as 15-20 aminos during said sessions with a quart of OJ. Da' good old days! And that my friend was the only JUICE I was on!
