Hey guys,
I'm planning a 4 month bulk for the fall semester, and I was wondering: how much food is too much food?
I'm 6'1", 197lbs. I'll be weight training 4 days a week, with an additional two one-hour sessions of strongman training weekly [strongmanwod.com]. Additionally, I'm a cheerleader, and I have about a total of 7-8 hours of cheer practice/activities per week during the school year. So yeah, I'll be pretty active. However, I've read some of the other threads regarding the common mistake of blowing up too quickly. How much food would be too much?
Any help would be appreciated.
