I'm started working 4 10's (monday-Thursday) four weeks ago and I love it! Best schedule ever!!! Since I don't have to work Friday (Squat day). To get a extra meal in before the workout I started doing a Pre wake up meal!
12 eggs ( 8 whites 4 whole eggs)
1 bagle
10 oz of Odwalla superfood juice!
Since I started this Ive hit a PR on squat 4 weeks in a row!
