Need some help getting back on track

Sup brothers. I need some serious help. I have REALLY fallen into a bad place with my dieting and I'm starting to gain some unhealthy weight back. So, I am reaching out to you all for some advice to get my back on track and to find some new ways I can make sure that I am losing the amount of weight that I need and want to lose. Whatever you got, I will definitely listen to and apply it. Thank you brothers.

Find you maintenance, then eat about 300-500 calories less per day. Throw in some HIIT a couple times a week and BOOOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!

We all get there brother, its about how you bounce back. I would start by doing cardio a few times a week, and trying to get a solid three square meals a day. Throw in a few protein shakes so your not too hungry and go from there.

What do you want us to feed you as well? I just don't get posts like this, if you're falling into a bad place in your dieting then just get the fuck back on track. Decide, for yourself, now, that you are going to commit to this shit 100%, and then just do it.

I don't expect anyone to feed me. I came to a place where I knew I could get some solid advice about staying on track and to learn from others that may have been where I am at now as well as gain some motivation to stay on track this time. I have already decided fro myself that this is what I want to do and I plan on achieving my ultimate goal and I'm not going to let anything or anyone stop me from achieving that. Animal is supposed to be about brotherhood and not about belittling someone...

Oh ok. I can dig that. I am also a firm believer in self motivation and believe that if you can't motivate yourself, you can't motivate others. My thing is that I want to learn how to motivate myself so much that it motivates others to motivate themselves. My ultimate goal right now it to lose the weight and get my hand in competing or some aspect of the fitness industry. So, I apologize for my backlash and thank you for your words.

Good for you brother. You got this! Motivation can be tough sometimes. Especially if you are in the game by yourself. I have no friends that workout regularly anymore. I hit the gym 5-7 days a week. It is my best time of the day. You have to fall in love with it. Perhaps find some type of training program/routine that you WANT to do. I forget who it was, but someone said that if you are working out doing something you don't want to do, you will most likely fail. What type of fitness interests you? Bodybuilding? Powerlifting? Overall fitness?

Thanks brother! It is definitely difficult doing this on your own but something the greatest journey is the journey taken alone. As fat as the type of fitness that interests me, I am intrigued bu bodybuilding (since I know a ton of amateur and natural bodybuilders) as well as Men's Physique. Everything thinks that Men's Physique is not all that impressive but I think it takes a lot to look that good and people tell me that I could excel at either if I put the work in. So I will definitely be asking a ton of questions and making sure that I put the hard work in so that the questions that I do ask are not asked in vain.

Tell ya what... Sit down... Take a look at what you truly want.... Not "I kind of want this, or this would be good... But this might be good, too..."

No... Sit down, get a true idea of EXACTLY what you want, and then we can ALL go from there...
