Hey bros,
So I'm on a high-protein and moderate/low carb diet as of a couple weeks ago to lean out. Its working really well in bringing back my muscle seperation and definition, but the large amount of chicken, fish, and eggs that I eat is really messing with my stomach. Ever since lowering carbs and raising protein, its really messing with my digestive system. Which is fine, except it totally sucks when I'm at work and have to be uncomfortable all day.
Is there any way around this? I eat fruits and veggies, but the high protein just does a number on my stomach.
