Decided to log my training leading up to the 2012 Clash for Cash and Kings of Bench. Im a raw full power and bench only lifter, iv been asked for my raw bench routine and this will be my first time posting what i do for every workout leading up to these meets. I will attach vids of some of my PRs through this training scession, their is always someone out their bigger and better then me and i know that. Im a humble guy training my ass off to be the best I can be.
