Sorry guys I'm a day late on this post just yesterday was really hectic with work but I got my Bench day in today. Went pretty good. hit another PR. added 5 lbs this week and still banged out one more rep.

All in all today was a success. this was the end of my cycle. now im on to my de-load week. much needed II can really feel my body banged up from this cycle.
Also a question for all of you animals out there. I'm a little tight on cash but i need something to give more out of my workouts. I have rage already but I was thinking of stacking it with GH stack and Animal stack. Let me know your thoughts.
